Private meeting intelligence for macOS

Turn confidential meetings into searchable intelligence

Record meetings or upload existing recordings, extract structured decisions and actions, and ask focused questions. All of this is done locally on your Mac, without sending the original recording to a cloud transcription service.

  • Review the transcript

Follow the conversation with speaker context and timestamps where available.

  • Ask follow-up questions

Retrieve facts and commitments from the current session without rereading the full transcript.

Access documentation

Useful intelligence without a cloud-first workflow.

Synthezia focuses on the steps that turn an existing recording into something your team can review and use.

Local Mode by default

Process transcription and AI analysis on the Mac. A remote provider is only used when the user enables one.

Local transcription

Import common audio and video formats and create a searchable transcript without a transcription API.

Structured summaries

Convert a raw conversation into decisions, action items, risks, and reusable recap formats.

Speaker-aware review

Separate and relabel speakers so interviews, client calls, and internal reviews remain understandable.

Ask questions about a session

Retrieve facts, commitments, and open questions from the current transcript.

Export into existing workflows

Export in TXT, Markdown, PDF, and DOCX formats.

From recording to a useful result in three steps.

  1. Import the recording

Add an existing audio or video file from an interview, client call, internal meeting, or operational review.

  2. Process it in Local Mode

Generate the transcript and summary on the Mac, without sending the original recording to a cloud transcription service.

  3. Review, ask, and export

Find decisions, actions, and key facts, then move the result into the user’s existing workflow.

Privacy is the product, not a settings page.

In Local Mode, the recording, transcript, summary, and session questions are processed on the Mac. No account is required and Synthezia does not require cloud synchronization to use the core workflow.
